Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon payment received, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Shipments are sent via FedEx with tracking information provided, and no signature is required upon delivery.
Custom orders can take 8 to 12 weeks.
Please ensure that all the delivery/billing related information is correct. Kindly note in case of inaccurate or incomplete delivery details, the order processing could be delayed. We encourage all customers to thoroughly check their shipping and billing information prior to checking-out. Rock A Bella Creations cannot be held liable in case of inaccurate information provided by the customer for billing & shipping.
Unforeseen Shipping Issues: From the time your package leaves our location until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with the shipping and logistics partner.
Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.
Partial shipments are possible when more than one item ordered is out of stock.
International shipping is available. It could take 5 to 28 business days depending upon the country and customs procedures.
Estimated shipping cost can be found once the checkout is reached and the shipping address is entered.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours (excluding the weekend, public/national holidays etc.). You will receive a second email once your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number.
