We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to quantities available for purchase, errors or omissions in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our billing department against the payment method used for purchase.
We will inform you if the entire order or part order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept and process your order.
If your order is cancelled in part or full then the amount corresponding to the cancelled order will be refunded back on your card account.
Any request for cancellation of orders by the user should be made within 24 hours of their purchase. However, once an order has been submitted/processed we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or modified.
