RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that natural variations occur in stones and pearls, contributing to the individuality of each item. While we strive to depict our products' colors accurately, please be mindful that screen settings may cause slight discrepancies in color representation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of transit damage or receipt of an incorrect item from our end. If such an issue arises, please return the item(s) within 48 hours in their original packaging, unworn and in the condition received. Otherwise, all items sold online are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that custom orders, sale items, or purchases made with credit notes or gift coupons are ineligible for return, exchange, or replacement. Rock A Bella Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package by emailing Support@rockabellacreations.com. Include photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) to facilitate the process.
Upon approval by our Quality Control team, we will ask you to send the item back to us. Merchandise must be in original packaging. We will not accept jewelry that has been worn or damaged due to misuse.
All shipment fees for exchange items are paid by sender. Don’t worry! We will credit your account the cost of shipping towards any new purchases done online. Once received, we will dispatch a replacement. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 90 days.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of lost packages during transit.
CONDITIONS FOR DENIED RETURN / EXCHANGE
- Items purchased during a sale.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
- Delivery addresses not formatted correctly.
- Three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier.
- Refusal of package by the recipient.
- Sizing issues (Please review product descriptions carefully).
- Products returned in used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variations due to handmade nature and natural materials.
- Product deemed fresh and free from damage or faults.
